Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you typically don’t need a referral to schedule an appointment with us. Talk to us if you are unsure.

Do you accept Home Care Packages? 
We absolutely do. Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy services can be covered by your Home Care Package. Please give us a call on 0436 965 198 to discuss further. 

Do you accept NDIS clients?
We sure do. Being a registered NDIS provider, we can see participants that are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. 

What equipment should I bring or have available for my appointment?
Please have any relevant medical documents, such as X-rays, MRI results, or physician referrals. This enables us to get a better overall medical history which will assist with diagnosis and treatments. We provide any necessary equipment for treatment.

What should I wear to my appointment? 
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement, as you may be asked to perform exercises during your session.

What payment methods do you accept and when is payment due?
We will send an invoice at the end of the appointment which is due within 7 days. All relevant billing information is on the invoice. Other forms of payment can be arranged if needed. We’ll be happy to assist you with any billing inquiries you may have.

How much notice do I have to give if I need to cancel? 
As we are a busy provider, we require a minimum of  48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A cancellation fee may be incurred if we have less notice. Any non-attended appointments without notification may result in being billed the full consultation fee.
